• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Support HR teams across the Asia-Pacific region, providing strategic advice and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Leverage HRIS tools like Workday and BambooHR to streamline HR operations.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or international environment.
• Proven experience with HRIS tools like Workday and BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
• Certification in HR operations or related field is a plus.
