📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cashier operations, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
• Train and mentor cashier staff on best practices and customer service standards
• Manage inventory levels and restocking to maintain optimal store performance
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with store managers to implement retail strategies and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Lead team meetings and provide feedback to enhance performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier Supervisor or similar retail leadership role
• Proven track record in managing retail teams and driving sales growth
• Strong knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Certification in retail management or customer service is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
