📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of boiler equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues promptly and effectively
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to implement solutions and improvements to our boiler systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Keep detailed records of boiler operations and maintenance activities
• Participate in emergency response procedures and drills to ensure the safety of our employees and facilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall manufacturing and industrial operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Boiler Operator or similar role in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Familiarity with boiler systems, including steam, water, and combustion processes
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to boiler operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
