- Lead the implementation of life insurance products, working closely with our client's team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough analysis of product requirements and develop implementation strategies.
- Configure and customize Salesforce and CRM systems to meet specific insurance product needs.
- Train and support end-users on the new insurance products and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product implementation, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven experience with Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Salesforce or other relevant certifications is a plus.
