As an HRGA Officer, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our company running efficiently. You'll handle employee relations, manage our office supplies and facilities, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Your day-to-day work will involve coordinating with various departments to address HR and GA needs, making you an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Handle office supplies and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and available when needed.
• Coordinate with departments to address HR and GA needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR and GA strategies.
• Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR and GA functions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and GA records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Good understanding of office management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HR and office management software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
