📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate skincare solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and sales.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
