📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban development, community engagement, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale development initiatives in slum areas.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, policies, and best practices in urban development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and other relevant spatial analysis tools.
