In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of our infrastructure, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high availability for our clients. Located in Denpasar, you'll be part of a dynamic team working in a state-of-the-art data center environment.

As a Data Center Technician, you will be the backbone of our operations, handling everything from server racking and cabling to monitoring performance and ensuring security. You'll work closely with our IT team to implement and maintain our data center solutions, using tools like PRTG Network Monitor, SolarWinds, and VMware. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and networking equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on servers, switches, and storage devices.
• Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Document all technical procedures and maintain accurate records of hardware and software configurations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support data center solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data center security protocols and best practices.
• Provide on-call support and respond to critical incidents promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Center Technician or similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of server hardware, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing concepts.
• Experience with monitoring tools like PRTG Network Monitor or SolarWinds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and team player attitude.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
