📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide direct patient care to young patients in the Outpatient Paediatric Clinic.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health data.
- Assist in conducting routine check-ups and health screenings.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse or equivalent.
- Active nursing registration with the Indonesian Nursing Board (DIN).
- Certification in Paediatric Nursing (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to children and their families.
