In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our community by leveraging advanced analytics to drive quality, safety, and trust. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance the Airbnb experience for both hosts and guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to assess and improve community quality, safety, and trust.,Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.,Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.,Create and present clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.,Work with large datasets and use statistical methods to derive meaningful insights.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advanced analytics and data science.,Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a related field.,Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Familiarity with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
