As a MICE Sales Executive at Smailing Tour Group, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the MICE industry to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their events are a success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on corporate clients and event organizers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing, itineraries, and service packages.
• Manage and execute end-to-end sales cycles, from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to the sales management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the MICE industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM card and driving license.
