📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of MDM specialists in maintaining and enhancing our data governance framework.
• Develop and implement data quality and data governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the organization's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, with a strong focus on data governance.
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of MDM specialists.
• Strong understanding of data quality and data governance concepts and best practices.
• Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or similar.
• Certifications such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or similar are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
