As a Legal & Compliance Specialist, your daily tasks will involve reviewing and drafting legal documents, advising on regulatory compliance, and ensuring our fintech solutions are in line with Indonesian and international regulations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust legal frameworks that protect our company and our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to Indonesian and international financial regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on legal and compliance matters.
• Ensure all legal and compliance processes are documented and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles within the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international financial regulations.
• Certification in legal compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with fintech and digital financial services is a plus.
