📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate skincare solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
• Manage and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
