📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of electrical construction projects
• Manage a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring they are trained and motivated
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Ensure all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and any issues that require attention

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in site foreman roles
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
