As a Facility Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in upkeeping our facilities, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting complex issues. Your daily tasks will involve inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all systems are running optimally. You’ll work closely with a team of professionals, leveraging tools like SAP, ServiceNow, and other industry-standard software to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot facility issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Utilize SAP and ServiceNow to manage work orders, track maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Implement energy-saving measures and promote sustainable practices within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and facility users, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Proficiency in using SAP, ServiceNow, and other facility management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50 kg.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
