MEP Drafter (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) - Contractor Role in Bali

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Review and coordinate MEP systems to ensure seamless integration with architectural and structural designs
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other drafters to deliver accurate and efficient solutions
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications
• Conduct regular checks and updates to drawings to reflect changes in project requirements
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to provide input and ensure project goals are met
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance drawing quality and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting, with a focus on AutoCAD and Revit
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles and practices
