📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with beauty salons and retail stores in Jakarta Barat to promote Winiu Kosmetik products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Promote sales and increase market share for Winiu Kosmetik.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage sales data and track performance.
• Attend trade shows and events to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers and customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
