• Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other project management tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Conduct performance and security testing to ensure optimal system performance and data protection.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
• Provide regular test reports and metrics to stakeholders to demonstrate the quality of the software.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the software development and testing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance, with a focus on financial services or related industries.
• Proven experience in designing and executing test strategies for large-scale applications.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is a plus.
