📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule.,Maintain accurate records of all site activities and inspections.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
