📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our company culture and job requirements.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competition.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
