📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards and client requirements.,Develop and maintain detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit software.,Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.,Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.,Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Prepare and present architectural proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, to clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on Revit software.,Proficiency in Revit software, including advanced features and workflows.,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural projects on time and within budget.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as required.
