📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Promote our products and services through various sales channels, including face-to-face interactions, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to drive sales and meet company targets.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
