PT Lestari Wibawa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Jember, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with your team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to drive business growth.,Monitor branch finances, ensuring that all financial targets are met and that the branch is operating within budget.,Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that the branch is aligned with the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve branch operations.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the branch is a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in working remotely is a plus.,Ability to travel to the branch location as needed.
