📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Creative problem-solving skills.
