📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.,Optimize logistics operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.,Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the supply chain industry.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
