📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory, warehousing, and transportation.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and maintain logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.,Manage and supervise the logistics team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
