📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory control, order picking, and packing.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.,Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and warehouse transactions.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
