📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.,Train and assist employees in the use of IT systems and software.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network security and data backup systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
