📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor import shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of import transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of import strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide support to the sales team in preparing import-related documentation and proposals.
• Stay updated with import regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with import regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP or similar systems is a plus.
