The Finance Admin will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of our financial records and processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and documents,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank records,Provide support to the accounting team during financial audits or reviews,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Maintain and organize financial documents and files

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian
