📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring efficient workflow.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure coordinated patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure the nursing unit is clean, organized, and safe for patients and staff.,Adhere to all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification.
