📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate strategy and marketing plans
• Conduct market research and analyze data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing
• Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, and websites
• Assist in the coordination of events and workshops, including planning, logistics, and follow-up
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and corporate strategy teams
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools and software, such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
