Jaya Putri Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Representative to join our team. We are a growing company in the coffee and beverage industry, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by promoting our products and services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by promoting our products and services to potential customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer information.
  • Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.
  • Providing regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Ensuring that all sales and customer service policies and procedures are followed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Passionate about the coffee and beverage industry.
