📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee food and beverage service quality, including ordering, receiving, and storing.
• Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A culinary or hospitality degree is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
