📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Production Supervisor in managing and supervising the production team.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that they are met.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that products meet our quality standards.,Identify and address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed.,Support the Production Supervisor in training and developing the production team.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar discipline).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or other production management software is a plus.,Good understanding of Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
