📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and track vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing and repairs.,Oversee the distribution and delivery of goods, coordinating with drivers and delivery personnel.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other operational data.,Assist in the preparation and submission of reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
