As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and sales training sessions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.
