📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with their needs.,Maintain and update the reception area, including the guest book and signage.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns.,Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
