Salon Yoga Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales consulting or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
