📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on seed samples to ensure they meet established standards.,Recording and documenting inspection results and any issues identified.,Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.,Collaborating with the QC team to maintain and improve quality standards.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Providing support to the QC Inspector in training and mentoring junior staff.,Assisting in the organization and maintenance of quality control records and reports.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in quality control or a related field is a plus.,Basic knowledge of agricultural standards and quality control principles.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with using quality control equipment and software is an advantage.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
